The 2025 World Canals Conference provides an extraordinary opportunity to showcase your organization on an international stage. Thousands of New Yorkers will join at least 500 delegates from around the globe for conference events, tours, and programs.

A Prime Location

The 2025 World Canals Conference Exhibition will be held September 21-24, 2025 at the Buffalo Convention Center. The exhibition space is in a prime location near the main conference room and coffee break stations. In addition to dedicated exhibition times, delegates will have opportunities to stop by booths for casual conversation and networking. We recommend having materials available on your table throughout the day.

Key Details

  • Booth set up: Sunday, September 21, 12:00pm – 5:00pm and Monday September 22, 6:30am – 8:00am at the Buffalo Convention Center
  • The Exhibition Hall will be open for conference delegates to visit during these times:
    • Monday, September 22, 10:00am – 5:00pm
    • Wednesday, September 24, 1:00pm – 4:30pm
  • Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to have their booths staffed during break times
  • Booth breakdown can begin on Wednesday, 9/24 at 4:30pm and must be disassembled by Thursday, September 25, at 12:00pm
  • Each exhibitor will be provided with a clothed, 8-foot table (1.83m) and 2 (two) folding chairs
  • Standard Wi-Fi will be provided. Should you require additional bandwidth or power to your table (at an additional fee), please contact conference planner Ashley Dukat at ashley@queencitydmc.com
  • Exhibitors are encouraged to incorporate branded giveaways into their display (for approximately 400+ attendees)
    • Selling of items may be permitted with full responsibility of exhibitors for compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations
    • Conference hosts, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to prohibit any items deemed to be inappropriate or inconsistent with conference themes
  • Exhibitors are responsible for the security of their items and area

Deadlines

Exhibition registration is open through August 25, 2025 OR until the space is filled. When the conference exhibition has reached capacity, registration will no longer be available online.

Deadline for registering complimentary conference attendee is August 31, 2025.

Payments

Exhibitor registration of $1,500 includes ONE complimentary conference registration. Payment is due upon online registration which requires electronic payment. If you must pay by check, please contact Ashley Quimby-Simoni to register and request an invoice. Ashley_Quimby-Simoni@eriecanalway.org.
